This is an ivory wedding cake I created with over 150 handmade edible flowers! It took me a month on and off just to complete them. It's a 6 tiered cake with airbrushed pearl lace, 2 separator tiers covered with edible flowers, and 1 extra large edible flower bouquet topper! The cake stood 3.5 feet tall by itself and over 6 feet tall on the table!!!
The airbrushed lace was actually created by using an extra scrap piece of lace from a wedding dress. The lace was applied to the fondant tiers and airbrushed with an edible pearl sheen. Once the lace was removed- a subtle, but beautiful lace pattern was left behind!
